Her own training has taught her that to achieve your goals, you must have drive, passion and determination – and you can not be afraid of hard work! Charlie enjoys training clients with a variety of goals but specialises in pre and post natal training. Her sessions ensure that her clients stay strong and healthy throughout their pregnancy and then help to get them to back into the best shape possible afterwards.
